This role offers a competitive salary of up to £35,000 and the chance to work in a hybrid model after successful completion of the probationary period. Key Responsibilities: Manage commercial insurance accounts, with a focus on combined commercial policiesProvide exceptional customer service and support for new business and renewalsUtilise Acturis software to efficiently manage client accounts and policiesDevelop strong relationships with clients, insurers, and service providersNegotiate favourable terms and pricing for commercial clientsAdhere to company processes, procedures, and broking team standardsSupport and collaborate with other broking teams as needed Required Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as a commercial account handler, preferably with combined commercial insurance backgroundProficiency in using Acturis insurance softwareStrong commercial awareness and ability to follow management objectivesCII qualification or actively working towards completionExcellent MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong influencing, negotiating, problem-solving, and analytical abilitiesConfident telephone manner and excellent communication skillsCommitment to continuous learning and professional development Benefits: Competitive salary up to £35,00026 days of annual leaveHybrid working after probation If you possess the required skills and experience, please submit your CV for immediate consideration.
