This role offers a competitive salary of up to £30,000 and the opportunity to work hybrid after successful completion of the probationary period. Key Responsibilities: Handle personal lines insurance accounts, with a focus on high-net-worth HNW clientsProvide exceptional customer service and support for new business and renewalsUtilise Acturis software to manage client accounts and policies efficientlyDevelop strong relationships with clients, insurers, and service providersNegotiate favourable terms and pricing for clientsAdhere to company processes, procedures, and broking team standardsSupport and collaborate with other broking teams as needed Required Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as a personal lines account handler, preferably with HNW client exposureProficiency in using Acturis insurance softwareStrong business acumen and ability to follow management objectivesCII qualification or actively working towards completionExcellent MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong influencing, negotiating, problem-solving, and analytical abilitiesAdaptable, focused, and professional demeanourConfident telephone manner and excellent communication skillsCommitment to continuous learning and professional development Benefits: Competitive salary up to £30,00025 days of annual leaveHybrid working remote and in-office after probation If you possess the required skills and experience, please submit your CV for immediate consideration.
