Role Responsibilities Carrying out daily project office administrative tasks.Managing the flow of documentation.Archiving files and ensuring all team members have access to the necessary documentation.Audit preparation and support to verify that regulatory and quality requirements have been met. The Candidate At least 2 years’ experience in document control position.Knowledge of Procore, Aconex is an advantage.Construction experience preferable.Understanding of ISO document control.Impeccable Organisational skills.Proficient in MS Office applications.Fluent in English. Due to the urgency of this vacancy, it is not possible for our client at this time to consider anyone without the appropriate work permits, visas or sponsorship's already in place. Therefore, we are unable to consider candidates who do not have full authorisation to work in Ireland. Applications submitted without the necessary visa in place will not be considered.
