You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers This is one of the country’s leading mental health treatment centres. They provide fast access to high quality treatment for lots of different conditions, including addictions, depression, anxiety, stress and eating disorders To be considered for this position you must be HCPC registered and hold Chartered Status with the British Psychological Society As the Clinical Psychologist your key responsibilities include: Acts as a role model to promote a culture of learning development, inquiry and a team visionManaging and supervision of junior staffProviding evidence based assessment and interventions for Young People on the unitProvide support to the wider team including reflective practiceWorks with the Ward Manager to identify areas for development and supports the team with implementation of new initiativesActively supports and contributes to effective Multi-Disciplinary Working The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: Have experience working with complex casesHave evidence of Continued Professional DevelopmentHave effective written, verbal and non-verbal communication skillsPreferably with CAMHS experience The successful Clinical Psychologist will receive an excellent salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week.
