CRM Marketing Manager Sheffield, South Yorkshire, United Kingdom (Hybrid working available 1-2 days per week from home) Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 "Right message, right channel, right time." You get it. You obsess over the customer journey and have a deep understanding of email marketing and contact strategies that nurture leads, boost conversions, and build lasting relationships. This is your chance to take ownership of the development and delivery of our CRM marketing strategy and shape the future of customer engagement as CRM Marketing Manager at UniHomes. You will develop and deliver a multi-channel strategy - driving acquisition, value, and retention through data-driven insights and automation. You will partner with the Performance Marketing & Customer Experience teams to develop, utilise and measure seasonal and annual customer contact strategies to create more effective and efficient ways to engage with our customers, while maintaining the optimal number of contacts to balance campaign ROI. As CRM Marketing Manager you will bring experience across strategy, optimisation and implementation to ensure email provides a highly effective acquisition and engagement channel. You will champion and monitor best practice techniques for all email communication, including multivariate testing and automation, develop trigger comms roadmaps and optimise user flows to maximise conversions and audience engagement. Key responsibilities: Reporting the Head of Marketing, you lead on the development and delivery of UniHomes’ CRM engagement strategy. Plan, design, build, and test intricate email journeys, ensuring every touchpoint resonates with our audience. Be proficient in data/audience/lead segmentation and targeting. A/B and multivariate experiments testing. Devise and run tests to increase open/view rates, clicks, and conversions and deliver key business metrics. Monitor and analyse channel metrics, Google Analytics, and SEO insights to improve performance and onward journeys. Analyse and evaluate campaign performance, make recommendations, and implement strategies to increase conversion rates. Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted email content to drive an enhanced customer engagement. Build relationships and work collaboratively with the wider marketing, data, digital, and technology teams to deliver shared ambitions and create aligned campaigns. Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email best practices in the industry. Ensure GDPR and DPA compliance for all email campaigns. Monitor industry trends and best practices in multi-channel marketing and automation, staying up to date with the latest techniques and strategies. Identifying opportunities for innovation. Line management of a CRM Executive. Skills and experience: Proven experience in managing and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns with a commercial, customer focused and data-centric mind-set. Strong skills in utilising marketing automation tools and CRM platforms, with a particular emphasis on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Campaign Monitor. Be proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Campaign Monitor and other leading marketing and email automation tools. A deep understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO). Demonstrate critical thinking across a breadth of marketing challenges, leaning into data analytics and market insights to validate your approach. DPA & GDPR compliance knowledge. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Clear communicator - as you will be working closely with multiple teams. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Previous line management experience Experience using Adobe Photoshop Essentials to design the assets used in email templates would be a bonus.
