Revenue Operations Manager

Description:
You will play a critical role in establishing our RevOps processes, from designing and implementing all procedures across all revenue related functions as well as ensuring a high level of data integrity. Bringing experience of CRM systems, designing and implementing processes, you will be key to driving revenue growth across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to build our RevOps function from the ground up and have an immediate impact at a company who is driving the digital transformation across the care sector. What you'll do: Design and implement robust Sales and Marketing processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness Build reports and workflow processes to support the Commercial teams and drive growth across the business Own our CRM and other revenue software systems (DealHub, HubSpot and in-house ERP platform) to ensure optimal usage and accurate data input Leverage data to provide insights and recommendations Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and coordination across functions What you'll bring: Experience in a similar position, such as RevOps Manager/Analyst, CRM Manager/Analyst Experience of HubSpot is essential and experience of DealHub would be a strong advantage Proven experience of using data to develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth A detail orientated approach with the ability to manage large amounts of data with accuracy and integrity Excellent stakeholder management skills, with proven experience of implementing and embedding new processes What we offer: We are a Great Place to Work!
