Digital Marketing Executive Our marketing team are a small, tight-knit team that support all departments within the Aerial Direct group with their marketing goals. Based in our newly refurbished Fareham offices and reporting into our Digital Marketing Manager, this is a brand-new role. Responsible for driving the strategy and utilising all marketing disciplines to support creative and digital tasks, including content creation and marketing campaigns via email, WhatsApp and SMS. A large focus of this role is helping the team become more of a revenue-driving operation and supporting with education of marketing value in the business. You may currently be working within an agency role and looking to work on your own internal projects, or perhaps you are looking to progress your career in email and digital marketing in a brand-new role within a thriving company. Company pension scheme Commission Scheme You’ll get involved in: Overseeing our email and WhatsApp platforms and communications. Knowledge of Dot Digital and Connex One would be advantageous. Creating and scheduling email and WhatsApp campaigns in line with the marketing calendar. Managing customer segmentation to ensure relevant content strategies for both email and WhatsApp. Creating automation for nurture campaigns targeting both the existing customer base and new customer acquisition via email and WhatsApp. Setting up new automation flows based on customer segmentation and insights. Analysing weekly and monthly metrics year on year across campaigns, subscriber lists, flows, and WhatsApp messages, as well as reporting regularly on insights to inform best content optimisation. Composing effective and captivating email and WhatsApp copy based on brand guidelines. Working closely with the branding team to create branded email and WhatsApp content. Supporting the marketing team in creating landing pages for email campaigns. Communicating with relevant sales departments to support sales growth strategy and qualify leads further to email and WhatsApp campaign launch. Ideally, you’ll have experience of: Analysing performance of channels including third party referral sites and making recommendations to improve performance.
