Technical Assistant (Junior / Trainee) Melton Mowbray A GBP 11.44 to A GBP 12.44 Per Hour + 28 Days Holiday (Inclusive of Bank Holidays) + Pension Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4pm. Technical Assistant required for a well renowned food manufacturer . The role offers long term stability and the opportunity for professional growth and development of knowledge / skills. The successful Technical Assistant will have experience in any industry relating to food, manufacturing or similar as training can be provided. The Technical Assistant Role: * Be part of a busy site food safety technical team.* Conducting compliance checks against company procedures and assisting with food safety audits.* Ensuring Paperwork is completed and up to date.* Liaising with other departments within and outside the business.* Supporting technical department on a day to day basis as well as in preparation for and during audits. The Successful Technical Assistant: * From any background relating to food, manufacturing or similar as training can be provided.* Will have good verbal and written communication skills.* Competent in record keeping and administrative tasks.* Be IT literate.
