Key Responsibilities: Implementing and maintaining efficient administrative systems.Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.Managing correspondence and handling confidential documents with discretion.Supporting project teams with logistical and planning tasks.Organising meetings, including scheduling, minute taking, and follow-up actions. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar administrative or support role.Excellent organisational and time-management skills.Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.Proficiency in MS Office and other business management software.A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
