My client is an established engineering manufacturing firm based in South Leicestershire and commutable from Nuneaton, Hinckley, Coalville, Atherstone and Lutterworth. They are currently looking for a skilled CNC Milling Programmer to join their team. The Role: CNC Milling Programmer - Set, operate and program CNC 3 and 5-axis Mazak Milling Machines - Online programming - Adjusting offsets and making adjustments within programs - Working on Mazatrol-based controls - Working from drawings - Quality control of components - Maintaining machinery, removing swarf and routine oiling/greasing etc - Carry out any other duties as required and deemed appropriate - Complies with all Company rules including all Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements Minimum Skills / Experience Required: CNC Milling Programmer - Experience of Setting, Operating and Programming CNC 3/5 axis Mazak Mills - CNC Miller on Mazatrol controls - CNC Online Programming experience essential - Experience with Precision Engineering and working to tight tolerances - Experience in the Aerospace or Toolmaking industry is desirable - Experience working from engineering drawings - Able to quality check own parts - Able to work under pressure and to deadlines with a high level of quality standards achieved - Motivated and excellent team player The Package: CNC Milling Programmer - Starting rate up to £20 per hour dependent on experience - Day shifts are Mon Thurs, 07:30-16:30 Friday 07:30-12:30 - Regular overtime available - Pension - 33 Days Holidays Interested To apply for this CNC Milling Programmer position, here are your two options: 1.
