The successful candidate will be part of a team with supports foster carers to support the children and young people placed within the agency.An Outstanding rated Independent Fostering Agency who provide excellent support to all foster carers, children and young people are looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join their team in Luton and covering the Bedfordshire area. The successful candidate will be part of a team with supports foster carers to support the children and young people placed within the agency.This role is a full-time, and permanent position and is based 3 days a week from home, and you will be trained to develop a therapeutic approach to working with foster carers and young people.
