A leading Optical manufacturer based in Wrexham are looking for a full time Quality and Technician Team Leader to join the team.As a qualified Dispensing Optician you will work as part of the Customer Services Team providing technical advice to both internal colleagues and external customers across the UK.A leading Optical manufacturer based in Wrexham are looking for a full time Quality and Technician Team Leader to join the team.As a qualified Dispensing Optician you will work as part of the Customer Services Team providing technical advice to both internal colleagues and external customers across the UK.Dispensing Optician - Typical duties involve; To work in line with the business objectives and ensure that key performance indicators are metTo identify and implement process improvements related to Quality returns that will improve service and communication to Eye Care Practitioners.To produce monthly reports for production and non-production related customer return rates to feed into the management reviewTo develop a high understanding of both internal and external customer needsTo continue to develop an empowered team to own problems and actively seek solutionsSupport the team in introducing new systems and processesTo project manage relevant new processes that will improve the overall service offer to ECP’sTo answer technical questions and queries that may be given by ECP’sTo train the customer service team to answer technical questionsTo run the staff frame clinic. Dispensing Optician - Requirements Qualified Dispensing OpticianHigh level understanding of Customer Service processesExcellent people skills.Relevant personal development activities; ILM, NVQ, supervisory training.Good IT skills.
