Apply today Location: York Salary : A GBP 35,935.80 : A GBP 43,744.58 DOE Job Description: Working in a Multi/Interdisciplinary Team in a purpose built and state of the art facility, as RMN you will join a professional nursing team and work collaboratively to provide an integrated, proactive and high quality service. 38.5 hours per week 7 x 12 hour shifts every two weeks. Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care using evidence based guidelines. Work collaboratively with the inter:disciplinary team to deliver high quality care. Maintain all records in line with corporate policies and procedures and NMC guidelines. Carry out all clinical care in line with policies and procedures Ensure the care team provide all care in line with the inter:professional evidence based care plan Be responsible for the management of patient care. Requirements: * Effective verbal and written communication* Knowledge of current legislation within the independent care sector* Able to work both within a team and independently* Able to implement and monitor clinical standards* Able to actively support and participate in change* Able to resolve problems and identify and implement solutions* Experience in neurological or palliative care is desirable Preferred qualifications: * NMC Registered Nurse* Completion of NMC Standards for Student Supervision and/or Assessment or willingness to complete training* Evidence of continued professional development How : Merco Medical is an Employment Agency working on behalf of our clients in the recruitment of this role.
