Finance Director Media Chef Hospitality Group Central London A GBP 90,000 to A GBP 110,000 DOE Were proud to be representing one of the most influential UK chefs. Hes been shaping this industry through his world experience and vision since the early 2000s. Im looking for a Finance Director to lead and support the growth of an already very successful group, both nationally and internationally. This position is open to a Head of Finance or Group FC ready to take the next step in their career. Responsibilities : * Manage the workload and resources/headcount of the Finance Department.* Develop and lead the Finance Team.* Ensure that all statutory financial and taxation reporting is completed per relevant deadlines.* Oversee the Group Budgeting and Forecasting processes, liaising with senior operations management to ensure the processes run smoothly.* Building bespoke financial models on an ad:hoc basis depending upon the requirements of the executive team.* Develop and run strong management information processes and ensure that the business has the data it needs to make decisions.* Ensure that strong cash management and cashflow forecasting systems are in place.* Contribute as required to investment appraisals and M and A/Disposal activity.* Deliver group system strategy and reportage on a daily, monthly basis.* Deliver monthly UK business financial reports.* High level of financial analysis and model:building ability.* Strong technical financial accounting skills.* Working knowledge of corporation tax and VAT sufficient to manage relationships with external advisors and service providers. Candidate Profile: * Fully Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).* Hospitality, multisite background is essential.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Commercial approach to financial management.
