I am working closely with a new and exciting business that is looking for a head of operations to oversee the current estate and support its expansion:more are in the pipeline for the next 12 months. I am looking to speak with operators who would be keen to run the day:to:day, help implement some structure and process, and work closely with the founder to scale this business in the next stage of its growth. Responsibilities of Head of Operations * Proven experience in overseeing and driving lasting growth in sales, expanding brand awareness, and understanding contracts and brand partnerships.* Extensive Openings experience* Understanding of facilities, Health and safety, programming and planning in a variety of unique environments* Ideally passionate about hospitality, especially energy, start:up food and drink offerings.* An individual who can see a vision and commit to something long:term, leading autonomously while working closely with a founder to deliver their vision.
