Who are we looking for ? We are looking for a detail:oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to oversee and manage the transportation, distribution, and delivery of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics operations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast:paced environment. What will you be doing ?: Coordinate and schedule shipments of chemical products to ensure timely delivery to customers while optimizing transportation costs.: Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and third:party logistics providers to arrange transportation and track shipments.: Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand.: Develop and maintain relationships with transportation partners to negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements.: Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, export/import documentation, and customs clearance paperwork.: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for the transportation and handling of chemical products, including safety and environmental regulations.: Investigate and resolve any transportation issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipments.: Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency:enhancing initiatives.: Provide support to the sales and customer service teams regarding shipment status, delivery updates, and any transportation:related inquiries from customers.: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including production, purchasing, and sales teams, to coordinate logistics activities and ensure alignment with business objectives. Who are You ? We are looking for someone that has the qualifications, qualities, experience and skills that we think will help someone excel in this role.
