Mego Employment is proud to collaborate with a dynamic and resilient manufacturing company in the Plymouth area.Renowned for their commitment to innovation and excellence, our client is at the forefront of the manufacturing sector, continually expanding and setting industry standards.They are now seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to ensure the plant's machinery operates safely and reliably on a daily basis.Mego Employment is proud to collaborate with a dynamic and resilient manufacturing company in the Plymouth area.Renowned for their commitment to innovation and excellence, our client is at the forefront of the manufacturing sector, continually expanding and setting industry standards.They are now seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to ensure the plant's machinery operates safely and reliably on a daily basis.Key Qualifications: Professional electrical or mechanical qualification and experience.Expertise in machinery hydraulics, pneumatics, steam systems, and maintenance programs.Experience with fault finding CNN controls and ladder programmes preferred. Responsibilities Not limited to Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics to address and resolve issues.Manage the startup and shutdown of plant equipment, including steam and water systems.Perform electrical and mechanical fault-finding, repairs, and planned preventative maintenance.Safely isolate electrical circuits and mechanical systems in compliance with regulations and site procedures.Continuously review conditions, identify faults, communicate actions taken, and ensure proper follow-up.Maintain effective communication and information handover between shifts and production personnel.Provide a proactive and comprehensive service to the factory. Shift Pattern: Alternating shifts of 0600 to 1400 and 1400 to 2200, Monday to Friday.
