Food & Beverage Manager – Luxury Resort in CaribbeanSalary: USD 2,500 - 2,900 per month + Work Permit + Flights + Housing + Bonus + Benefits Location: HondurasOur client is a hotel who offers a luxurious Caribbean experience with its stunning beachfront location and diverse amenities. They are seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead and enhance the culinary and dining experiences. This role involves overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service, and driving innovative menu development to delight guests and boost profitability.Responsibilities:Oversee 2 food and beverage outletsEnsure compliance with quality standards and effectiveness of staff trainingWork closely to align F&B operations with the resort's culinary visionAssist in managing food and beverage budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing profitabilityCreate a continuous learning environment for staff, ensuring adherence to Forbes standardsIdeal Food and Beverage Manager:Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a luxury settingFluent in English and Spanish a MUSTExperience within a 4 Star or higher F&B roleCaribbean experience an asset Experience in managing excellence-oriented team of around 40 employeesCommitted to service excellence and customer orientationIf you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Danny todayCOREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
