This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a Logistics Administrator / Logistics Coordinator / Import Clerk / Freight forwarding Administrator or similar background with experience in coordinating imported and exports goods internationally.THE ROLE: Coordinating the import of stock from international and UK-based suppliers to their UK warehouses and clientsManaging sales ordersDeal with the logistics and administration of deliveriesLiaising with and updating customers on deliveriesSupporting clients with requirementsUsing shipping portals and gaining customs clearanceWorking closely with internal teams including sales, purchasing, warehousing and transportUpdate stock and order recordsKeeping supplier and product information up to dateBuilding and maintaining relationships with warehouse and transport partnersProviding admin support to the purchasing team THE PERSON: Experience in a Logistics Administrator / Logistics Coordinator / Import Clerk / Freight forwarding Administrator similar roleMust have experience with Road and Sea transportationExcellent interpersonal skillsLogical reasoning and problem-solving skillsSuperb Microsoft Office skills and great typing skills.
