Head of Finance Location: Anywhere in the UK some travel involvedSector: HospitalitySalary: £80k + plus bonus, enhanced pension, private healthcare and more …We are thrilled to be working with this exciting, growing, international hospitality business We are looking for a qualified Head of Finance who has experience of working in the hospitality sector.ResponsibilitiesFinance lead for all hospitality operations that includes bars, hotels and franchiseOwnership of the Retail Budget and Forecasting processWeekly / Monthly reporting on Retail performanceProduction of key analysis highlighting areas of risk and opportunity to the businessP&L consolidationChallenging P&L assumptions and results versus expectations and forecastRunning monthly P&L reviews with key Retail OperatorsEstate evaluation highlighting trends by region, type of site, key metrics, etc.Finance project lead for Retail. This includes supporting IT, process changes, financial insight, etc.Production of a rolling 12 month forecastFranchise support helping to drive this area of the business as it continues to expand globally.Work closely with the Head of Commercial Finance to highlight Retail performanceDirect support to the Global Retail Team and the Head of FranchiseCollaborate with the other departments to ensure the smooth running of the total operation.Candidate ProfileQualified accountant with at least 5 years PQE with experience of working in the hospitality industry essentialExperience of leading a finance departmentCapable of driving changeCredible, with the ability to influence decision makingExcellent communication skillsExcellent Excel capabilities with experience of manipulating large volumes of data
