Customer Success Manager - Pharmacy Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager who specialises in Pharmacy to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring our pharmacy customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products/services. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them to leverage the full value of our solutions and ensuring their long-term success and satisfaction. What you'll do: Manage and build relationships with your customers to ensure they are getting value from their products, focussing primarily on eMAR, and identify opportunity to promote additional products Act as a lead point of contact to address customers’ needs, queries and concerns quickly and effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention Oversee and manage all Pharmacy changes for existing customers to deliver an efficient process Work collaboratively with the operations and finance team to ensure a smooth implementation of new customers Act as the voice of pharmacy customers' and provide feedback to the product and development teams What you'll bring to the role: Proven experience in a customer facing role, either as a Customer Success Manager or Coordinator or a similar role A great communicator with the ability to build excellent relationships with customers Excellent organisation skills, ability to manage and prioritise own workload Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs. Pharmacy and/or knowledge of medication management systems are essential for this role Familiarity with CRM software and customer success tools would be a strong advantage What we offer: We are a certified Great Place to Work!
