Position: Customer Relations/Content Creation Location: London, UK We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Customer Relations/Content Creation specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers while also creating engaging and informative content for our brand. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through various channels including email, social media, and phone calls - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Act as a brand ambassador by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products and services - Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and relevant content for our website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials - Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and use this information to improve our products and services - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and reviews, and provide insights to the team for continuous improvement - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify potential opportunities and threats - Assist with the planning and execution of customer events and promotions - Maintain accurate and organized customer records and reports - Other duties as assigned by the management team Requirements: - Experience in customer relations and/or content creation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail - Proficient in using social media platforms and content management systems - Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude - Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus If you are a customer-focused individual with a passion for creating engaging content, we would love to hear from you.
