Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor Birmingham A GBP 45,000 + 25 Days Holidays + Bank Holidays + Stake Holder Pension + Life Assurance + Paid Sick Scheme + Funded External Training Monday to Friday Days : 40 hour weeks (Occasional Voluntary Overtime) A Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor is required for a very well established and stable company. The role will suit experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisors with at least an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent). Being in a specialist market, training on industry standards and internal requirements will be provided. The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor position will be a hands on role supervising a mechanical maintenance team. This is a great chance to be part of a well:established and stable leading manufacturer. The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor Role: * Supervising a mechanical maintenance team that carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance work in an industrial production environment.* Working on a variety of mechanical equipment and processes.* Working from equipment drawings and manuals.* Following the companys safe systems and permit to work systems.* Mentoring, training and developing staff. The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor: * Experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor (or equivalent) from a Mechanical fitting/ engineering background.* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
