JOB : Electrical Design Engineer LOCATION : Yorkshire TERM : Permanent SALARY : Competitive depending on skillset A Yorkshire based Engineering company are currently looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The Electrical Design Engineer will ideally have the following attributes: : NVQ or equivalent electrical engineering qualification or relevant discipline. : Previous experience in electrical and control systems design. : Good knowledge of electrical design packages such as AutoCAD Electrical, Solidworks Electrical or Eplan. : PLC programming experience and good software understanding (preferred). : Ability to work independently or as part of a team. : Full UK driving license. The duties and responsibilities will include: : Electrical design and development of control systems. : Producing electrical drawings and schematics and ensuring designs meet customer requirements. : Creating BoMs and documentation. : Ensuring health and safety requirements are met at all times.
