Their Croydon hospital (rated Good in all areas by the CQC) is known for offering a wide range of planned health services : such as specialist surgeries, cancer treatment, fertility treatment, and bespoke physiotherapy : to insured, NHS, and self:funded visitors with a simply excellent patient experience: combining high quality clinical care with personalised treatment plans and unmatched attentiveness in a super:modern setting. As a Patient Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, staff, and visitors, helping with queries and managing referrals. You will therefore play a key role in keeping patients healthcare journeys smooth and stress:free. Yours would be a full:time role, 37.5 hours per week with flexible shifts. We have options available to join us on a permanent or fixed:term (12 months) basis .
