Were looking for an experienced RMN who would like to build their leadership skills. Duties Included: Assisting the Ward Manager in providing day to day management and supervision of the ward. Assisting the Ward manager in providing management and supervision of a team of registered and unregistered staff. Requirements: * A relevant nursing qualification and current registration, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field.* Managerial Nursing Experience : preferred* Exceptional teamwork skills, coupled with self:motivation and adaptability to thrive in our 24/7 operational environment, which includes weekends, holidays, and night shifts.* A deep:seated dedication to patient:centric care and adherence to evidence:based practices, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.* A relentless drive for personal growth and professional development, embracing opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge base.
