The company is a fast moving supplier of car components utilising specialist process equipment, robot transfer and assembly equipment as well as CNC machining Supervising A GBP 30 : 35 people on shift, as Shift Supervisor you will carryout the following. * Supervising 30 : 35 people ensuring effect man management to ensure SOPs and internal procedures are followed at all times* Ensure all production processes conform to current quality standards* Manufacture quality parts in time to satisfy customer demand* Guarantee a safe working environment* Improve production processes and lead improvement teams* Lead root cause analysis of non:conforming production and implement corrective actions To fulfil the Shift Supervisor role your expertise and experience should include: * Tier 1 Automotive highly advantageous* General manufacturing experience is required* Production Supervisor or Production Manager level experience essential* Experience working in automated factories with understanding of CNC machining and robot transfer cells is highly advantageous* Experience in Lean Manufacturing and 5S is essential* HNC or general mechanical engineering understanding is desirable In current or previous roles you may have worked as Shift Manager, Cell Leader, Production Manager, Production Supervisor As a vital member of our team and in return for your expertise, inclusive approach and commitment, well provide a favourable salary and the chance to join a passionate and welcoming team. * A GBP 48,600 working only 37.5 hours / Week* 33 Days Holiday and Competitive Person If this full:time Shift Supervisor job in Telford motivates and inspires you, Jonathan Lee Recruitment today.
