What would the role entail? We are looking for this person to complete a wide range of administration tasks, including but not limited to; : Raising invoices. : Liaising with suppliers to arrange training. : Scheduling things for the senior team. : Document management. : Supporting marketing team with data : Admin tasks including formatting CVs and actively using the CRM system. : Basic credit control, conducted mainly via email. : Basic office management duties. Who are we looking for? : Previous experience in admin, finance, or recruitment resourcing. : Good communication skills : both written and verbal. : Interest in growing and developing professionally. : Good IT skills : Word, Excel, and Outlook. : Previous experience with a recruitment CRM (we use Vincere) would be advantageous. : Good interpersonal skills to deal with clients and candidates at all levels.
