The ideal candidate will have proven experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing and be able to manage their own busy caseload from the initial instructions through to completion. Candidates must have excellent client care skills and be able to demonstrate their commitment to the firm and will be required to help grow and develop the firms client base. Experience using a case management system and the ability to speak Welsh would be an advantage but not essential. They encourage a healthy work-life balance which they believe allows their staff to excel at work offering a better service to their clients whilst also looking after their mental health and wellbeing.
