Within this Commercial Property Solicitor role, your caseload may include: Transactions including buying and selling Commercial PropertiesLandlord and tenant issuesCommercial lendingBespoke Commercial Property agreements As well as this, your day-to-day duties may include: Provide bespoke legal adviceDrafting sales contracts, commercial leases, collaboration agreements and promotion agreementsBusiness Development InitiativesNetworking and building a loyal client base The successful candidate for this Commercial Property Solicitor role will ideally have 2+ PQE within Commercial Property.
