This is a highly exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking council.The Registered Manager will manage a brand new, high spec children's home for young people aged 8-18 with trauma and subsequent behavioural challenges being looked after by the council. The Registered Manager role is a permanent full time post paying £50,470 - £55,125 per annum, public sector pension scheme, overtime in Lieu offering.To be considered for the Registered Children's Manager role, you must have: Previous Ofsted Registered Children's Manager or Registered Manager experience or extensive Deputy Manager experience min 3 years in a children’s homeQCF Level 5 Leadership and ManagementStrong knowledge of children’s social care legislation, Ofsted, safeguardingPositive personality who is child led in practice This is a huge opportunity to secure your career in the growing public sector and be part of the most forward thinking local authority in the UK.#IND-CH-MNGR23
