Complaints ManagerComplaints ManagerStart Date: ASAPContract: Initially 3 monthsHourly Rate: £35ltd per hourJob SummaryThis company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Complaints Manager to join their team. As a Complaints Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team and dealing with senior managers on a regular basis. You will need to have experience dealing with and managing Children Act Complaints, FOIs and SARs. Key Responsibilities Manage a team of complaints officers and ensure that complaints are handled in a timely and efficient mannerProvide guidance and support to the team in handling complex complaintsEnsure that all complaints are investigated thoroughly and that appropriate action is taken to resolve themDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with senior managers and other stakeholdersProvide regular reports on complaints performance to senior management Requirements Experience managing complaints in a fast-paced environmentExperience managing a team of complaints officersExperience dealing with and managing Children Act Complaints, FOIs and SARsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines How to ApplyIf you are interested in this role and meet the requirements, please send your CV and cover letter to XXXX@servicecare.org.uk.
