Band 6 – Lead Nurse Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Chesterfield Central Community Mental Health Team, Bayheath House Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, £26 per hourOur Derbyshire Early Intervention in Psychosis Service DEIPS is for people aged 14 to 64 who experience psychosis for the first time.Band 6 – Lead Nurse Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Chesterfield Central Community Mental Health Team, Bayheath House Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, £26 per hourOur Derbyshire Early Intervention in Psychosis Service DEIPS is for people aged 14 to 64 who experience psychosis for the first time.The main responsibilities of a Lead Nurse include: Supporting and managing a complex caseload, initial assessments, assessing risk, developing collaborative care plans, undertaking the role for duty worker, administering depot injections, attending CST meetings, and working closely with our partners in health and social care.A requirement support and develop Student Nurses and to supervise junior members of the team.The successful candidates will receive regular clinical and managerial supervision, with access to professional development.
