Based in Huntingdon, our client is expanding their business and has a new vacancy for a Handyman, servicing sites such as schools, care homes, and hospitals.Key Responsibilities for the Handyman:Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance PPMsConduct closed system samplingDescale shower headsService Thermostatic Mixing Valves TMVsConfigure pipeworkPerform monthly monitoringDescale calorifiersRefurbish water tanks, including elements such as linings, coatings, lids, insulation, and insect screens full training will be provided for the right candidateExperience and Qualifications RequiredCSCS Card Construction Skills Certificate SchemePrevious Handyman experience is essentialBenefits:Company Van + Fuel CardMobile AllowanceTools ProvidedOvertime: Saturdays at x 1.5 and Sundays at x 2 overtime is paid as a full day rate regardless of time spent on site
