The role requires management oversight of Adolescents across the social care spectrum from the point of referral assessment, through planning, including Risk Outside the Home child protection threshold plans, care proceedings, children in or leaving care. The role will include keeping children at home where it is safe to do so and in line with the child’s best interests.About youYou will be skilled with adolescents who present with trauma-led behaviours and be confident in supporting workers in the field of contextual safeguarding. The majority of families held within the team are singular children and not sibling groups so the ability to hold different children in mind is vital.
