Job Title: Head ChefLocation: Amsterdam, NetherlandsSalary: 3,260 – 3,900 gross per monthJoin Our Team as a Head ChefAre you a culinary expert with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences Do you have the skills and creativity to lead a kitchen in one of Amsterdam's top restaurants If so, we want you to be our next Head Chef This is a Restaurant inside of a Hotel of around 300 rooms.Key Responsibilities:Lead, inspire, and manage the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes and maintain a positive work environment.Design and innovate menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and meet customer expectations.Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene are consistently met.Oversee inventory, order supplies, and manage kitchen expenses to maintain profitability.Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations in the kitchen.Requirements:Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef.Strong leadership and team management skills.Creativity and innovation in menu development.Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques.Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.Strong organizational and time management skills.Experience dealing with Dutch ingredients and local suppliersFluent in EnglishBenefits:Opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment.Career development and training opportunities.Employee discounts and other perks.If you are a dedicated and talented chef looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you Apply now to join our team and lead the kitchen in one of Amsterdam's premier dining destinations.
