Professional Services Engineer – Genesys Cloud Exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding CCaaS provider as a Design & Deployment Engineer in the Professional Services team. This is an innovative company utilising open source technology, leading the way with hosted telephony, Asterisk PBX, CCaaS solutions & AI.They are winning contracts hand-over-fist and subsequently need another capable CCaaS specialist for project work.Professional Services Engineer – Genesys Cloud Exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding CCaaS provider as a Design & Deployment Engineer in the Professional Services team. This is an innovative company utilising open source technology, leading the way with hosted telephony, Asterisk PBX, CCaaS solutions & AI.They are winning contracts hand-over-fist and subsequently need another capable CCaaS specialist for project work. This is a client facing position where you will be involved in the full end-to-end solution deployment including project planning, preparation of low-level designs and deployment work from the OS build through to configuration and go-live. You will also act as an escalation point 3rd line for complex troubleshooting.This is a vibrant organisation offering a good work / life balance - flexible working, collaborative environment and real opportunity to grow with the organisation as they scale. A team environment where your skills and expertise will be valued.Essential Experience: Experience of CCaaS / VoIP project work / solution deploymentsExperience supporting or deploying Genesys CloudAbility to interact with clients/customers – working with them to understand and define requirements.Ability to produce low-level solution designs for SME and enterprise level customers.Strong Linux skillset - ability to install, configure and troubleshoot Linux.Strong understanding of SIP protocols.Good understanding of network fundamentals - Routing, Switching and Firewalls Paying between £55,000-65,000 + benefits depending on experience. London office – Remote working available. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
