Due to our first class services, we have become a preferred partner by Mitie, CBRE, ISS and Emcor working in a wide range of commercial properties. Our sites include the NHS, Banks, BUPA and Office Buildings. We are now looking to recruit an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team Key Responsibilities: Service, maintenance and repairs of VRV, VRF, chillers, Split Systems, AHUs and some fridgeConducting routine maintenance on air conditioning systems in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines and industry standardsTroubleshooting and diagnosing problems with air conditioning systems, and repairing or replacing components as requiredEnsuring that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulationsResponding promptly to emergency call-outs and carrying out repairs as necessaryField based meeting clients - Customer facing position Essential Qualifications / Experience: FGAS or NVQ level 2 refrigeration / air conditioningFull UK drivers license Package: Basic Salary starting from: £40,000 - £46,000£500 bonus in June and £500 in November40hr working weekDoor to door payTravel time @ single rate mon – Friday, x1.5 Saturdays and double time SundaysNo on call rotaOvertime rates paid at time ½ and double time on weekends23 days holiday + 8 bank holidaysPensionVan + Fuel CardToolsUniform Smart phone How to apply for this role: If you are interested in applying for this role and you are an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer, Please send a copy of your recent CV through the link and we will contact you ASAP to discuss this job and company in more detail.
