Based in their Liverpool office, you will handle a diverse caseload encompassing sales, acquisitions, development agreements, and lease preparation and negotiation. The Role This role presents an excellent opportunity for personal development and involvement in the overall expansion of our business. We welcome individuals with a drive for progression, and for the right candidate, there are limitless avenues for advancement within the practice. Position Details: - This is a permanent/full time role 35 hours, though consideration will be given for part-time candidates. - Salary from £35,000 to £55,000 depending on the candidate and experience. - Full time in the office but can be flexible on hours. You will be required to managing a commercial property caseload but also managing a residential conveyancing paralegal, it would be beneficial if the candidate held knowledge and experience within residential conveyancing. The candidate My client is seeking an individual who is a qualified commercial property solicitor holding at 3 years PQE, they are also open to more senior candidates with a higher PQE.
