Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Maritime Software Sales Executive to drive sales and revenue growth for our maritime software solutions. The Sales Executive will identify and prospect new clients, nurture existing relationships, and close sales deals. This role requires a deep understanding of the maritime industry, strong sales acumen, and the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our software solutions to potential customers. In addition to selling into maritime, you will have the opportunity to sell our market-leading emergency evacuation & mustering solution into several large verticals such as but not limited to wind farms, manufacturing and pharmaceutical sites throughout Europe What You’ll Do: In addition to the above, you’ll focus on the following: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and revenue goals within the maritime sector. Identify and prospect new clients in the maritime industry, including shipping companies, port authorities, maritime service providers, and other relevant stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our maritime & emergency mustering software solutions. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure customer needs are met and sales opportunities are maximized. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals with customers. Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software, and provide regular updates and forecasts to management. Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our software solutions and expand our presence in Europe. Ability to manage key relationships in large complex sales cycles ensuring scope, close plans and account plans are in place to close opportunities and forecast accurately to management. What You'll Need to be Successful: 4+ years of experience in end-user enterprise sales or operations, preferably in the maritime industry. Additional experience within the access control space is a plus. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Basic understanding of network infrastructure, SQL database, mobile devices, Cloud etc. Good understanding of the maritime industry, including knowledge of cruise line operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers at all levels. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering value and building long-term relationships with customers. Proficiency in SalesForce CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
