Leading manufacturer of building products hiring a House Builder sales manager to manage commercial partnerships with national House Builders Key Account Manager - National House Builders Area: National The Role of Key Account Manager - National House Builders This is a field home based role with national travel On behalf of blue-chip brand and manufacturer you will bring to the market a leading range of structural construction / timber and flooring products. The customer base / route to market is national / top 25 national house builders, including (Taylor Whimpey, Redrow, Barratt Homes and Persimmon), timber engineering company's such as (Howarth Timber, Staircraft, Donaldson Timber etc). You will to a lesser extent deal with selected national builders merchants at regional & national level dealing with Buyers. The successful Key Account Manager - National House Builders will inherit a strong client base and will be tasked with developing relationships and uncovering growth opportunities within these accounts. The Company hiring a Key Account Manager - National House Builders Our client are a leading manufacturer of heavy side and light side commodity construction products. They have manufacturing plants all over Europe with a work force that is 800+ strong and a turnover in excess of £400m. There are multiple divisions within this business and their products range from interior finishing products through to structural building products. The Candidate for the Key Account Manager - National House Builders You must have sold into national house builders at head office level Strong commercial acumen / budgeting & forecasting experience The Package on offer for Key Account Manager - National House Builders £60,000 20% OTE / Bonus Hybrid company car or £10,000 car allowance Bupa private healthcare 25 days holiday 14% pension 7% / 7% CPJ1545
