Key responsibilities: Ensure meters checks are done daily. Liaising with energy suppliers to gather relevant sales information. Supporting Objections and Go Live with administration. Process Zeus enquiries and Info requests within agreed timescales. Answering general enquiries over the phone as well as via email. Liaise with suppliers for any missing information not provided. Ensure all information sent out is accurate and meets Quality audit. Ensure all trackers and spreadsheets are up to date and accurate. Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure. Necessary MI and stats. Keeping up to date with procedures within the office. Any ad hoc requests as required. Required Skills and Experience: Experience and confidence in telephone call handling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience using the Microsoft package including Outlook, databases, Word and Excel. Able to work in a fast paced and deadline focused environment. Attention to detail required. Good organisational skills. Flexible/adaptable to working approach and can remain calm under pressure. Ability to work as part of a team, but also show individual accountability. Willingness to learn new tasks and the ability to take on and accept responsibility. Desirable : Experience of working in the energy sector
