You will be working alongside the current Private Client team on a mixture of Wills, Trusts, Estate Administration, Probate, and Elderly Client issues including LPA’s and Court of Protection. Whether you are a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Fee Earner qualified through experience, if you have strong private client experience and come with a driven, proactive, and practical approach, then the firm wish to hear from you. It is essential that you are STEP qualified or willing to work towards this and a member of Solicitors for the Elderly is desirable.
