On offer is the chance to join a growing company in a growing industry and be treated as more than just a number As An Engineering Manager You Will: Manage the engineering department, including service engineers. Implement a training programme for all service engineers. Ensure all activities follow health and safety guidelines. Monitor and influence engineer productivity. As An Engineering Manager You Must: Experience within the Water Treatment or Pumping Industry ideal. Be willing to take a step up. Commutable to Aylesbury, but be willing to travel when required.
