Registered Mental Health NurseOpportunity available for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to work within Community Team, Based in OxfordThe team sits within the Community Mental Health Team with the role predominately providing care to older adults with mental health needs both functional and dementia. You will carry out assessments of mental health needs, care planning with psychosocial interventions and medication.Registered Mental Health NurseOpportunity available for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to work within Community Team, Based in OxfordThe team sits within the Community Mental Health Team with the role predominately providing care to older adults with mental health needs both functional and dementia. You will carry out assessments of mental health needs, care planning with psychosocial interventions and medication. As part of this role you will be out in the community providing care coordination so a valid driving license with access to a vehicle is essential. It is also essential you have experience working within the community and experience with older adult mental health is desirable but not essential.This role is full time working 37.5 hours - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.Hourly rate for this role is: £28 Per HourThe Benefits of working with Service Care Solutions:We are offer a £250 sign up bonus for any new nurses that register with our agency.
