Legal 500 ranked, well-established law firm looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor into their Birmingham offices.This is a very exciting time to join our client’s firm as they are recruiting due to evidenced expansion within the market. They can also offer a stable work/life balance with hybrid working options along with many other employee benefits including private health insurance and a generous pension scheme.As an Employment Solicitor, you will run a varied caseload of litigated and non-litigated Employment Rights cases with the opportunity to manage employment advice and/or representation matters, such as, unfair dismissals, wage claims and settlement agreements claims, as well as a proportion of complicated matters e.g. discrimination/TUPE.
