The role is to provide strategic leadership and long-term planning of the business in respect of financial performance management and commercial development of the Company. This also includes the Digital/IT strategy development and implementation and driving change across the business. This is a Board level appointment with the Company Director responsibilities.The role is to provide strategic leadership and long-term planning of the business in respect of financial performance management and commercial development of the Company. Be responsible for the development of financial systems and the reporting structure and production of management accounting systems with the aim of providing a standard format to the BoardOversee contract management, contract management and commercial development with the aim of increasing revenue growth and profitability which can be injected back into the business for the benefit of patients and shareholdersProvide recommendations to the Board of the staffing structure and systems required to deliver the company’s financial, performance and IT strategy Essential: Experienced Finance Director having worked in a Healthcare/Private sector settingQualified Accountant holding ACCA, CIMA or ACADemonstrated experience in identifying business opportunities and providing data driven recommendations informed by business needDeveloped and implemented a strategic Digital/IT strategy with evidence-based people and business benefit.Proven excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
