We are looking for an individual who wants to take on responsibility as the company continues to grow, supported by their 1:1 coach throughout their employment journey. We are a fast-paced business so the ability to think on your feet is key. There will be a degree of independence expected within the role so you will need to take the initiative and flex from working alone to enlisting support from the team. You will need to be able to hold focus and attention to detail whilst working within a dynamic multi-tasking environment. You will also need to be able to manage your time to prioritise your own workload and ask for help proactively. We love to see innovation from our team, and welcome questioning the impractical. As you work with senior coaches and senior client executives across international markets, excellent interpersonal skills are very important. Proactivity, transparency and managing expectations is critical to the success of our business. The role will comprise of working with our Programme Managers and Coaches across the world and within the core operations of the business to support our processes and ensure everything runs smoothly for our coaches and clients. Alongside this will be a certain amount of diary management. This role will be based at our office on Throgmorton Street near Bank in London. There is a degree of flexibility in our office/home working but ideally the candidate will be able to be in the office 3 days per week at a minimum. Responsibilities • Build strong relationships with our network of partner and associate coaches and our existing operations, programme management and finance teams • Work with coaches and programme managers to take the lead in scheduling of our coaching programmes • Work with our programme managers to ensure that the logistics required to run our programmes smoothly have been thought through and then take the lead on the handling of such logistics • Manage travel logistics • Provide administrative support such as assisting with client pitches and proposals • Assist with data entry e.g. collating survey responses and creating reports from psychometric tests • Work with programme managers to ensure all individual projects are accurately entered into our programme management/ CRM system and regularly updated • Work with programme managers and the finance team to ensure all client invoices are prepared approved and sent to clients on a monthly cycle with relevant expenses attached • Work with programme managers to prepare Statements of Work for Coaches • Assist the operations team with new and ongoing internal operational administrative projects which support the progression of the business. About you • Ability to show initiative and work alone • Be proactive to identify when things need addressing • Strong attention to detail • Able to balance multiple projects and effectively prioritise • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage the expectations of others • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Competent in Microsoft Office and able to pick up new platforms quickly • Problem solver. Be able to think on your feet to find a solution • Ability to be able to adapt to situations which arise • Creative thinker • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal • Strong interpersonal skills and developing relationships with team members and clients • Active listener • Must have a National Insurance number and be based in the UK and have the right to work here
