Senior Sommelier : Top Michelin Restaurant Salary: A GBP 45,000 : A GBP 50,000 Location: London The Opportunity: This Sommelier position will be based in one of Top 50 Restaurants in the UK and see you take autonomy of their incredible wine list This role will be service based and will see you developing the FOH teams wine knowledge. The menu mainly consists of New world wine, showcasing impressive wines from lesser:known regions and the USA.
