Bar Manager : Premium Casual Restaurant Salary: A GBP 31,000 : A GBP 34,000 plus tips Location: Altrincham We are on the lookout for a passionate Bar Manager who is all about creating memorable guest experiences through serving excellent beverages This is a fantastic time to join the business as they have just launched and all new menu and are looking to boost their drinks service Benefits of the role: * Salary of up to A GBP 34k plus tips* Lots of friendly competitions and incentives* Autonomy on the cocktail menu going forward* Ability to work with incredibly fresh and premium ingredients The Ideal Bar Manager will: * Oversee the day to day running of the bar, stock management and ordering. * Have a genuine flair and passion for delivering excellent service with a strong bar presence* Have experience working with quality products and have a good understanding of drinks menus* Possess an open, engaging, and humble personality, whilst able to remain calm under pressure* Have a background in training and developing the skills and knowledge of a Bar Team* 2 years experience within similar Bar Management role* Good knowledge of financials and GP* A good understanding of food and a restaurant service.
